My name is  Wendy Fuentes de Worthey, and I am a Senior Sales Operations Planner.

My career in the U.S. began—and continues—at Disguise Inc, a leading International, Halloween costume manufacturer with offices in California, Hong Kong, England, France, Belgium and Mexico.  What started as a role in customer service has grown into a fulfilling career where I now serve as Senior Sales Operations Planner, bringing over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. I specialize in analytical planning, purchasing, process improvement, and crafting customer-focused solutions that consistently exceed expectations. My strength lies in solving complex problems through innovative thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

I graduated from the University of Baja California with a Degree in Business Administration. Throughout my career I have successfully implemented an ISO-9000 compliant process that improved operational efficiency and quality standards. The impact of this initiative was recognized by the company president for its significant contribution to organizational performances.

I have attended and completed certifications such as APICS Basic Supply Chain, Management and Target Customer Service Seminar, The Care and Keeping of Customer And various personal growth seminars.

As a Latina in the Unites States I’ve held tightly to the goals, expectations, and ambitions that first inspired me to pursue the American Dream.

I’m deeply inspired by our community and the limitless potential we hold as Latinas in the United States. Uplifting and encouraging another woman is something I’m truly passionate about. If I can inspire even one woman to pursue her dreams, believe in herself, and confidently go after her goals, that’s something I hold with great pride.

Photography is one of my greatest passions, it’s my creative outlet and a way for me to freeze life’s most beautiful and authentic moments. Whether its people, places, or unexpected details, I find joy in capturing stories though my lens.
