After graduating from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2014, her cases have ranged from private employment discrimination and harassment lawsuits, family law and immigration matters to large insurance defense cases for Fortune 500 companies and public entities. Ivette is a published scholar on Federal Indian Law and holds lobbying experience at both the state and federal levels. Today, Ivette is a highly sought after expert on Financial Abuse and Domestic Violence training service providers and first responders nationwide and dedicates one day a month to providing free legal counsel to victims of abuse at One Safe Place Family Justice Center in San Marcos.
