We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Event Volunteers to assist in executing impactful events that connect, educate, and inspire our community.
Position Overview
As an Event Volunteer, you will play a vital role in the success of NLBWA-SD’s events. Whether it’s setting up, coordinating attendees, or supporting logistics, your efforts will help bring our events to life!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown (e.g., registration tables, decorations, signage).
- Support event registration by greeting attendees and checking them in.
- Help manage event flow and direct attendees to designated areas.
- Provide support to speakers, vendors, and exhibitors as needed.
- Assist with distributing materials (flyers, programs, event swag, etc.).
- Engage with attendees and represent NLBWA-SD’s mission professionally.
- Provide general support to ensure the event runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing needs.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Prior event experience is a plus but not required.
